Our communities
Our future as a business depends on the health and prosperity of the communities in which we operate. Both in our home countries and the destinations where our customers take their holidays, we contribute to the communities with money, time and gifts in kind. In 2009/10, our contributions totalled over £500,000.

Home communities
In our home communities we focus our fundraising and corporate giving on making dreams come true for sick, disabled and disadvantaged children. Thomas Cook businesses around the world help fund children's hospitals, support education, provide flights to meet Santa, and more.
Destination communities
Through our involvement with the Travel Foundation's sustainable tourism projects, we make an ongoing contribution to the welfare of our destination communities. On the ground, our resort teams have also brought to life various ideas for supporting education, disadvantaged children and the wider communities.
