Data summary
Unless otherwise specified, data included in this report relate to our financial years, which run from 1 October to 30 September. Where we talk about 2010, therefore, we mean 1 October 2009 to 30 September 2010.
We are in the process of establishing Group-wide sustainability and data systems. This report therefore covers those parts of the business for which we were able to gather information; this varies for each data set, so we have included notes with our data to explain which parts of the business are excluded.
