Progress against 2009/10 targets
Each year, we set ourselves a number of objectives in relation to sustainability. Our objectives for 2009/10 are listed here, with details of our progress against each one.
Priorities for 2010/11
On this page we list our main sustainability objectives for 2010/11. These relate to customers, employees, suppliers, the environment and communities.
GRI index
This table lists the areas and indicators that the GRI advises an organisation should report against in order to produce a best-practice report. This report achieves Level B. We are not yet in a position to report against every indicator, but are improving our data systems with a view to continually strengthening our reporting.
